It’s been a while of ”cult-ivating” a sound that felt just right. Buckets of songs and sorting out who would direct the next video, Doug Lehmann came to the forefront of the duo’s mind. His unique connection to aesthetics, that are usually black and white driven, Doug turned a scheme of acidic colors, psychedelic layers and trippy graphics to accompany Brineaboy’s dark and thumpy, dance single “Freeway.” Keeping the behind-the-scenes location entirely in a mini-van, this is a fun expression within tight quarters.
